'Racing Park', the core of new growth in Yeongcheon

This is Yeongcheon-si, a continuous plan that looks at the current issues of local governments in the 8th popular election.

Yeongcheon-si is building the nation's largest horse racing park, and plans to create a synergistic effect by extending the Daegu Urban Railway and creating a large-scale industrial complex.

Geumho-eup, Yeongcheon-si, is the site of a 1,450,000-square-meter horse racing park.

It is the 4th horse racing park in Korea and the largest ever.

Since it was selected as a candidate site in 2009, it has recently completed the construction permit and construction company selection, and is expected to start construction next month and open its doors in 2026.
