Korea Horse Society Management held a declaration ceremony to commemorate the establishment of the international standard safety and health management system (ISO45001) on the 4th.


At this event, about 300 executives and employees, including CEO Yoon Gak-hyun, pledged to work together to establish an advanced safety and health management system, which was introduced to prevent serious accidents in the workplace, and to work together for a safe working environment.


The safety and health management system (ISO45001) is the highest level of international certification on safety and health established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 2018. granted to one institution. Korea Equestrian Social Facility Management Co., Ltd. aims to complete safety and health management system certification within the year by establishing a systematic safety and health system and raising employee safety awareness.


In order to provide a safe leisure environment for employees and horse racing customers together with the Korea Horse Association, the Korea Horse Society Facility Management, a subsidiary of the Korea Horse Society, has been consulted by the System Corina Human Resources Development Center and the Safety and Health Promotion Institute, which are specialized organizations, before creating a safety and health manual and The Korean Horse Society has produced the safety golden rule (safety accident prevention guidelines).


The proclamation ceremony, which contains the voluntary will of about 1,400 employees, is meaningful in that the parent and subsidiary companies put their heads together and take the lead in creating a safe workplace through mutual cooperation, such as sharing measures to promote safety awareness between labor and management.

The Korea Horse Racing Facility Management plans to expand the proclamation ceremony to commemorate the establishment of the safety and health management system, which started at the Seoul Horse Racing Park, to Bukyung and Jeju Horse Racing Parks.
